Loop Shorts Script Template: A Complete Story First
Write the full story before designing its loop. A looping sentence works only if it remains understandable during the first viewing. Treat the return to the opening as an optional editorial choice, not a route to a promised 120% retention rate.
A script example to adapt
Opening: “This circle looks finished, but one detail changes the drawing.”
Development: show the missing segment, explain how it affects the shape and demonstrate the correction.
Ending: “The next time you draw it, look for that detail.” Return visually to the opening drawing.
- Replace the example with a subject you can explain accurately.
- Deliver the promised detail before the ending.
- Read the final and first sentences together.
- Remove a forced connector if it sounds unnatural.
- Time the complete narration before assembling scenes.
Keep a conventional ending as an alternative. If the loop obscures the conclusion, the clearer ending is the better editing choice. Measure actual viewer response after publishing; a script template is not an audience-retention benchmark.
Put the script into production
Use the Shorts word counter as an estimate, then time your actual narration. Forgen is a Windows product in testing: provide your complete story and review the narration, scenes and editable CapCut draft. Connected providers may require internet access and usage credits. Join the waiting list if that workflow fits your needs.
