Bulk Create Shorts in CapCut: Check Timeline Sync
A narration file and a group of images are not yet a synchronized timeline. To prepare a batch for CapCut, inspect the relationship between spoken sentences, scene changes and the final export.
Check a representative timeline
- Listen for the first audible word and remove accidental leading silence.
- Place scene boundaries at the intended changes in meaning.
- Inspect a transition near the middle, where accumulated timing errors become visible.
- Check that the final image covers the final spoken sentence.
- Export a short sample with narration and background music together.
Do not set every image to an identical duration unless the narration actually supports it. A long sentence may need a longer shot; a visual demonstration may need silence. Keep a backup before changing a shared project layout.
If the export sounds wrong but the timeline sounds correct, check the export settings and source media. If both sound wrong, repair the project first. Batch automation should carry verified timing forward, not duplicate a timing mistake across every video.
Where Forgen fits
Forgen is a Windows product in testing that works from your complete story toward narration, scenes and an editable CapCut draft. Review the result and test editor compatibility. Its workflow includes connected services; local files do not imply offline generation, free provider usage or unlimited throughput. Plan the narration with the word counter and join the waiting list for launch information.
